Returns & Refunds
Returns or refunds are only accepted if the item has not yet been shipped. If you need to cancel or modify your order before shipping, please contact me within 24 hours. Once the order has shipped, returns and refunds are not available, but I’m happy to replace any damaged items as described below.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. I will provide a replacement at no extra cost. Kindly include photos of the damage to help me process your request as soon as possible.
